Because of the Pandemic, I was stuck in lockdown 10,000 miles away. The team coordinating the mentoring program and all of the mentors and mentees were all working remotely. Ann and her team stepped in, implemented the cloud-based MentorLead system, customized it for us, trained all of our participants, created and facilitated a very engaging, participative and robust and remote 6-month mentoring program, and held our hands the entire time.
