With an impressive professional career in the field of healthcare, as well as business management, Lue brings a dynamic perspective to MentorLead. As a former Clinical Exercise Physiologist, her experience includes being an active member of a heart transplant team and an inpatient/outpatient cardiac rehab unit manager. Additionally, as a National Account Manager, Lue was responsible for helping displaced families with housing and living necessities following disasters.

This role required her to manage the needs and expectations of the families and support their efforts with associated insurance companies. Lue is an avid runner and marathoner. She used her love for running in a leadership role – coaching Girls On the Run, an organization to promote girls’ empowerment by teaching life skills through running and confidence lessons for grade school-aged girls. Lue also spent years as a fitness coach, helping others define and reach their personal health goals.

Meg Moore is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Auburn University and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). During her time at UAB, she was instrumental in creating the first Student Nurse Mentor Program and played a leadership role in the Student Nursing Association (SNA).

Meg's nursing career began in the Heart and Lung Transplant ICU at UAB Hospital, where she discovered her passion for mentoring while training new staff members. A retired Senior Human Resources executive with over 35 years’ experience, Greg has served as Chief Human Resources Officer in four publicly traded companies: OMNOVA Solutions, Inc; Modine Manufacturing Company; Force Protection Industries; and Kaman Corporation. Greg has led business transformations and human capital strategic planning for acquisitions and divestitures in global organizations.

Passionate about leadership development and personal growth, Greg focuses his coaching on helping senior leaders align their confidence with their competence to ensure they are evolving into “Bigger, Better, Bolder” versions of themselves.
