mentoring we decided to bring big mentoring to the personal level
If it wasn’t for this program, I would have quit being a Nurse Manager. I didn’t have any guidance at my job. But with my mentor’s guidance, we worked through problems like communications, techniques, and project management. Everything they didn’t teach me in nursing school, my mentor taught me.
