Talal Sadeh, MBA, HCC, ACC is an executive coach and Head of Coaching at MentorLead who brings a unique blend of strategic insight, real-world leadership experience, and human-centered perspective to his work. Known for his thoughtful presence, deep listening, and ability to balance support with challenge, he helps leaders strengthen their emotional intelligence, uncover blind spots, and translate insight into meaningful action.
Prior to coaching, Talal spent more than 20 years leading teams and developing talent across Fortune 500, global consumer, and healthcare organizations. He held senior executive roles with responsibility for strategy, business performance, and organizational transformation, giving him firsthand experience with the opportunities and challenges leaders face in complex, fast-changing environments.

About Olivia Brooks MSN, RN, NPD-BC, NEA-BC
Olivia Brooks is a Nursing Professional Development Specialist and ICF-trained coach with a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle Pacific University. She holds ANCC board certifications in Nursing Professional Development and Nurse Executive Leadership.
Olivia brings deep expertise in designing and advancing systemwide role-development programs. She has led initiatives in mentoring, preceptorship, shared leadership, and transition to practice programs, strengthening the confidence, competence, and leadership capacity of nurses across organizations.
Passionate about developing nurse leaders, Olivia takes a coaching-centered approach to support individuals and teams as they grow in clarity, resilience, and effectiveness. Her work is grounded in the belief that thriving leaders create healthier teams, stronger systems, and better outcomes for patients and communities.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her family.
