Being a new manager is one of the biggest transitions people make in their careers. New manager success is crucial for the organization, for the team, and for employee happiness. MentorLead developed The Rise Program to specifically meet the key challenges that come with the transition from individual contributor to successful manager.

Participants 10 new managers

Group coaching: Meets 2x/month for
75-minutes

Motivational Code (MCode) Assessment 

1:1 Coaching: available monthly with April to discuss assessments, development plans, and manage
any in-the-moment obstacles

Live leadership success webinars: 2x/month with Ann (12 CEU credits included)

Online platform customized for Rise program
